1.1 Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information on an employment application constitutes fraud, which is a criminal offence in South Africa.
1.2 Fraud is defined as the unlawful and intentional making of a misrepresentation that causes actual or potential prejudice to another person or entity.
1.3 In terms of the National Qualifications Framework Amendment Act, 2019, it is a criminal offence to:
2.1 All fields on the application form are mandatory and must be fully completed.
2.2 Each application form must be duly signed by the applicant. Failure to do so may result in immediate disqualification during the selection process.
2.3 An updated Curriculum Vitae (CV) must be provided as part of the application.

4.1 The requested information is required to enable the department to comply with the Employment Equity Act, 1998.
4.2 Such information will only be considered where it directly relates to the requirements of the position applied for.
5.1 The Executive Authority reserves the right to consider any applicant’s criminal record(s) against the inherent requirements of the position.
5.2 Such consideration will be made in accordance with internal information security protocols and the organisation’s disciplinary code.
